Notes
A Feast for Crows* is the fourth novel in George R.R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire series. It focuses on the aftermath of the War of the Five Kings, with the Iron Throne in King's Landing still under threat. The novel shifts its focus to the political machinations in Westeros, particularly the rise of House Lannister, the struggles of Cersei Lannister as queen regent, and the journeys of characters like Brienne of Tarth, Jaime Lannister, and the Ironborn. Unlike the other books, it doesn't cover all major characters, leaving out significant storylines for a subsequent novel.
