These pages come from a copy of the first edition of Book of Mormon printed in 1830 that came to us already in disrepair and missing more than 100 pages. Because there is no better way to preserve this sacred books history than by sharing it, we sell the remaining individual leaves. The first edition of the Book of Mormon was not separated into verses so we clarify which verses are on each page in the variants below. These pages all come from the books of Third Nephi and Alma and include notable portions of the scriptures such as the Stripling Warriors “did not doubt,” taking over Manti, writings to Pahoran, raising the Standard of Liberty, death of Teancum, Church of God established again in the land, Nephite children joining Gaddianton Robbers, Laminates conversion, and Epistle to Lachoneus.
Description
Original pages fully intact with minimal browning and foxing due to age. Small tear on the margin of page 399-400 with no obstruction to the text. Very minimal chipping to the edges of a few pages. Excellent condition.
