Dorothy and the Wizard in Oz (1908) is the fourth book in L. Frank Baum’s Oz series. It follows Dorothy, her cousin Zeb, and their companions as they fall into an underground world after an earthquake. They encounter strange creatures and challenges before being rescued by the Wizard of Oz, who returns to the magical land. The book explores themes of friendship, bravery, and adventure, continuing Baum’s imaginative storytelling in the beloved Oz universe.

Description

Gray canvas covered boards with paper plate of illustration on the front cover and black lettering on the spine. Wearing down of the color to the front plate and a section about 1x2.5in missing from lower right portion of the covers illustrated plate. Fraying to the top and bottom of the spine as well as the bottom corners. Some discoloration and a white mark on the back board. Front board is a bit loose from the binding but still attached. Young girls signature in green ink in the interior cover. Various illustrations throughout and interior in pristine condition. In good condition overall.
