Description
All four volumes in red leather binding with gilt ornamentation bordering the upper and lower boards. Gilt embossed detailing and lettering along the spine. Gilt turn-ins and marbled endpapers. All edges gilt. Bumped corners and some fraying and bumping to the upper and lower spines as well. Some scuffing to the upper and lower boards. Black scuff mark on upper board of volume three. Lower saddle stitching loose and small tear to the back board on volume two. Small tear to the red leather on the front board of volume one. Engravings throughout. Fine condition.
